Submit an Event

Are you interested in hosting a public or private event or are you interested in hosting a large group at the UC Gill Tract Community Farm? If so, we would love to share our space and host your event or work party!

Please fill out the form below,  and a farm representative will get back to you as soon as possible. If you do not hear back from someone within 72 hours of submitting your event, please email gill-tract-farm-events@googlegroups.com

FAQ’s

How are events selected?
We welcome any and all events at the farm. However, we prioritize events that occur during Farm Open Hours and that promote ideas and values that align with the mission of our Farm.

What is the Farm’s mission?
Our mission is to conduct collaborative community-driven research, education, and extension focused on ecological farming and food justice, and to foster equitable economies, a healthy environment, and increased resilience in vulnerable communities, both urban and rural.

What can we provide?
We provide: chairs, tables, shade structure whiteboard, bathroom access, water access, electricity for groups of up to 20 people.

Other Considerations:
We do not charge for events to be held, but we do have costs, so donations/passing the hat at your event are appreciated!
